If you like it (and everyone does) you will be expected to get a uniform (see uniform button) by week six which is normally when we would hope to invest a new member. To do this you will need to have learnt and then make your promise.

The Cub Scout Promise:

I promise that I will do my best. To do my duty to God and to The Queen, to help other people and to keep the Cub Scout Law.

The Cub Scout Law:

Cub Scouts always do their best, think of others before themselves and do a good turn every day.

We pay subs for each half term in advance (you need to attend to make sure you get your monies worth)! Its really quite cheap and averages about £1.50 a week. There is an annual capitation fee which is about £22 which is payable in February annually. The subs pays towards the hire of the hall, materials for the evenings and badges.

Sometimes you will get homework but it's usually fun to do.
